Happy birthday MsC.

Thank you to everyone who mailed MsC parcels and cards. They all arrived just before her birthday. She felt very special and loved everything. She had a good laugh over many of the cards.

We had morning present opening, a lunch time swim in the Clubhouse Pool with Daddy too (that pool is special, because it's a longer walk to get there), and ate homemade chocolate cake at tea time.

She has new books to read and she had a colouring contest with everyone to try out her new pens.

We dyed streaks in MsC's hair with the new washable hair mascara before she went out to show her friends at the playground. We put purple and gold streaks on one side, and blue and silver steaks on the other.

MsC spent the late afternoon trying out her new roller blades. She had the hang of it well enough to give her friend a hand.

I've been told Wednesday is the latest she will wait for me to deliver on the birthday promise to get her ears pierced.
