MsE requested a swim at the pool with no one else.

She wanted to float on her unicorn floatie without anyone begging her for a turn the whole time. She changed from her pajamas to her bathing suit and I took my coffee down the the pool to drink from a lawn chair.

I was worried, it might be too cool out for a swim at 8:30 am. I should not have worried. It was very hot already.

After my coffee we tried to figure out how to lounge with both of us on the floatie without falling off. Once we had it figured out, we waited till there were no lap swimmers in the Olympic sized swimming pool and then let the wind blow us back and forth for a while.

MsE was the only kid at the pools; but we saw some friends playing at the Playground beside the pool.

We ended in the Jacuzzi and were back home by 10:30 am to do some school work. I noticed we actually got a bit pink in that time (not exactly a sunburn, but any longer and it would have been).
