Back at the end of February Jonathan's Mom came to stay with us. Jonathan had to work, but the first place us girls shared with her was Garden's by the Bay. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the park was. This bridge is usually packed, even on a weekday. There's always something new in the gardens. I changes with the holidays and the seasons. The Chinese New Year (CNY) decorations were still to be found around the park when we visited though CNY was over.
I think the river of eggs above must have been for CNY.

We got lunch at the Hawker Centre "Satay by the Bay" and enjoyed it so much we had to go back and order more satay. After lunch, we headed down a new path and found a shady dome filled with red toadstools.
MsC's been listening to the Narnia series (The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe) on repeat on Audible. The highlight of her day was discovering "Aslan" in the Gardens.
