Picky Picky

MsE is our picky eater which has had some real challenges in Singapore where many things just aren't available.

Lately we tried a sticker chart to encourage her to try foods and actually eat the dinner that's been prepared for her. It really has encouraged her. Dinner involved tears every night before we started this. It was the reward of 30 minutes of Nintendo after dinner that did it - her choice. She had to get all 3 stickers to get her reward.

Here's how trying satay at "Satay by the Bay" went for our Food Ninja.

She tried beef, mutton and chicken satay. It was our most successful Hawker Centre visit yet.
