We started the day out with Tea Time. We had Passion fruit smoothies, bananas and mandarin oranges, pink tea or hot chocolate, and applesauce cake.

We were looking for a valentine's day activity online when MsE came across Minnie Mouse Meringues. So she decided to make us pink one for our Valentine's Day evening dessert. All that measuring and mixing herself and then she even used a hand powered egg beater. Although she borrowed some man power from MsI and myself.
