Sorry for the break in posts. We moved and it took us almost 3 weeks to get Internet in our place. Lots of blog posts to come shortly!
Here's the quick update:
- Housing - We have signed a 2 year lease and moved into a condo near Sentosa Island. We are loving the surrounding area, the huge condo grounds, our views of the pool and marina. We're starting to make some friends, and settle in a bit.
- Furnishings - We have the essentials in our place: beds, bedding, a table, a couch, books (so many books), and kitchen stuff. We are expecting our boat shipment on Tuesday - and are wondering what we put in it. It's been 8 0r 9 weeks coming. I know the kids toys and bikes are in there. They're pretty bored of the small fabric cube of toys we brought in the suitcase at this point.
- Exploring - There is so much to explore around our new place. I find something new and amazing every day. I have a list a mile long that I want to see. I'm trying to stick to our neighbourhood right now - within 15 minutes walk of our place (plus cable car rides, because those are sooooo much fun! ).
